We have managed to backfill most of the data during the incident. However, we experienced some data loss from 7AM-9AM UTC that may affect summary reports on Insights over that period. This was due to a complete failure of all our backup services on our upstream provider. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Rest assured, this issue was limited to our cloud infrastructure; all local device operation and factory ML optimization was unaffected. Thank you for your patience.
