Insights Affected by Cloud Outage

Due to an upstream issue with our provider, some of our data pipelines had an increased number of errors. We have managed to backfill most of the data during the incident. However, we experienced some data loss from 7AM-9AM UTC that may affect summary reports on Insights over that period. This was due to a complete failure of all our backup services on our upstream provider. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Rest assured, this issue was limited to our cloud infrastructure; all local device operation and factory ML optimization was unaffected. Thank you for your patience.

Laminar’s cloud infrastructure is experiencing issues due to an ongoing AWS incident. Our core services like local device operation and factory ML optimization are unaffected.
